Term & Condition

• Any pictures taken during the session can be used by CKIPL for marketing and on social media. If you have any objection to this, kindly drop us an email at contact@curiositykidsindia.com
• CKIPL shall use partner’s logo on its website & social media
• CKIPL will collect and use the parents personal data (i.e. Name, mobile number and email address) in order to
  maintain the CKIPL database
• Children’s safety is very important to us and we make sure to take all necessary steps for that. CKIPL will not
  be responsible for any injury caused to any child or adult during the session. CKIPL will not be responsible for
  any damage caused to the venue
• Please let us know if any child has any allergies or medical conditions
• Children have to follow appropriate covid-19 protocol as mandated by the local Government at the time of the
  session
• Please do not send your child if he/she is unwell
• All fees paid are non-refundable. Fees must be paid before the session
• For some locations we will charge transportation costs. The transportation cost will be agreed upon
  before the experience starts
• Date of the confirmed session cannot be changed
• There will be no make-up session if the child is absent
• Please make sure there is appropriate space & furniture for CKIPL to conduct the session
• If CKIPL decides to cancel the session under any circumstances, refund / credit (to be used for future CKIPL
  experiences at the respective organizer) will be issued to parents
• Minimum of 10 paid registrations are required to run the session
• Please ensure a supervisor is on-site during the session
• For offline sessions, all materials will be provided during the session.For online sessions, list of materials
  required will be emailed to the parents prior to the session.
• CKIPL is free to conduct its sessions at other venues
• CKIPL’s sessions/curriculum/ worksheets/experiment details/ or any other material used/delivered during the
  sessions cannot be recorded (through any form or medium) or shared further – without CKIPL’s authorisation.
• Please do not take any pictures or recordings of any part of the CKIPL sessions without CKIPL’s authorisation
• Children are not allowed to use their phones during the sessions, phones shall be kept aside & handed over to
  the children post the session.
• The Curiosity Kids logo & Trademark in India belongs to CKIPL. The content delivered during the session is
  the property of CKIPL

Parties:

• 50% of the amount is to be paid in advance to confirm the booking. Remaining balance is to be paid 2 days
  before the party
• If the number of children joining the party exceeds the number of children paid for, CKIPL will charge the
  applicable amount for the extra number of children joining the party, provided it has sufficient material. If the
  number of children joining the party is less than the number of children paid for, the fees for non-attendees will
  not be refunded
• If the party starts 20 mins later than the scheduled time – additional charge of Rs 1,000 would apply (charges
  vary depending upon the time frame)

Workshops/Camps/Regular Sessions/Private Sessions:

• Please ensure a caretaker is contactable during the session. These are drop off sessions and please be on
  time to drop off and pick up the child. Parents will be responsible for picking up the children after the session.
  We will only hand over the child to the registered caretaker/parent
• Private Sessions: There will be no make up session. The session can be rescheduled upon the agreement of
  all group members – with an advance notice of 2 days
• Camps: For children not enrolling for the entire camp, charges as applicable for the respective number of
  days will have to be paid
